Pre-order items are made-to-order and typically ship within 7-10 days. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days. Timelines may vary slightly depending on the specific product or destination.

Important Considerations for Pre-Orders:

  • Availability: Pre-order products are not immediately available for shipment and will be shipped once they become available in our inventory.

  • Notification: You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Combined Orders: If you place an order that includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items may be shipped separately to ensure you receive them as soon as possible.

  • Changes & Cancellations: Pre-orders can be modified or canceled up until the item has shipped. Please contact our customer service team if you need to make any changes to your order.

Premade Items Policy

In addition to our exclusive pre-orders, VIVOSTARZ offers a selection of premade, in-stock items for faster shipping:

  • Once your order is ready, it will ship within 3-5 business days for domestic orders.
